PDO was 6/5 and 6/6, where I learned all of the rules of going with AFS. It was held at a camp about an hour and a half away from Albuquerque. Unfortunately, we had to sleep in these cabins that didn't have windows! There weren't any toilets (or mirrors!) and they didn't have electricity. I stayed in a cabin with Johanna (My host sister/Current exchange student) and Elise (Current exchange student from Norway). Let's just say.. That was an experience.

Hi Brigitte,
ReplyDeleteGrandpa and I think this is going to be a wonderful experience for you. We are excited that you have this opportunity and that you already know Johanna so well and have met her family. Keep us posted.
Love,
Grandma and Grandpa Bader
